Each one hour lesson will offer a fun and exciting opportunity for players to improve in all aspects of their game.This emphasis on individual attention ensures that each player will obtain maximum results in all facets of their game. Each lesson will be designed based on the individual player’s strengths and weaknesses.The curriculum will focus on improving a player’s quickness, agility, balance, straightaway speed and explosive starts. Additionally, the lesson will also concentrate on situational play, shooting, puck protection and proper checking techniques. All lessons include the cost of the ice!
